Utilizing the Orbital Tool Stationary Machining Process, our technicians machined 2 each 24" Generator Journals and 6 each 18" to 24" Turbine Journals.
All journals were machined
straight, round, and concentric
within 0.0005" final machine tolerances with a 16 RMS finishes.
The entire process is completed
